A student holds a tablet showing a dose decision, with choices such as given or held, and a place to sign.

In ChartSlate the student checks the patient and the order, then signs a dose decision with a reason.

How this helps you improve

How this helps you improve

Signing given or held, with a reason, records the decision on the chart. Faculty can later open the bedside coaching beside it. An unsigned request is not yet a completed dose.

What the app is doing

After the session, faculty can review the bedside coaching tied to that decision.

You followed this path

You set up the bedside station, heard the patient from that iPad, watched faculty steer the case, and signed a dose decision in ChartSlate. The coaching can be read next to the chart, with faculty cues kept separate from the student's actions.

Bedside Coach is free to use, and no account is required. Next, you can follow Test Sessions (Proctor Mode).

Arrow keys or a sideways swipe move between scenes. Fictional practice only.
