Do we need to implement all three applications?
No. An organization can start with Bedside Coach, ChartSlate, or Sibyl Sim and add another tool later. The implementation plan should follow the learning need, not force a bundle.
Can this work with our existing curriculum and cases?
Yes. Existing outcomes, case materials, simulation scenarios, remediation workflows, and assessment plans can be reviewed and adapted. New materials can also be developed when a gap exists.
Will you coordinate with faculty, simulation staff, and IT?
Yes. Successful implementation often depends on shared planning across education, simulation, technology, privacy, and operations. The right stakeholders are identified during discovery.
What devices or infrastructure do we need?
Requirements depend on the applications and the way you plan to use them. Device availability, network conditions, display needs, privacy responsibilities, and classroom or lab flow are addressed before launch.
How long does implementation take?
A focused pilot can be structured around a short academic window, while a broader curriculum implementation may span a term or phased rollout. Timing is set after discovery and aligned to your calendar and approval process.
Can we begin with a pilot?
Absolutely. A focused pilot is often the best way to test fit, prepare faculty, gather learner feedback, and decide what responsible scale should look like.
